Where can I download the QIR RING mobile app?
You can download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). The product manual includes a QR code for quick access and installation on any smartphone.
How many languages does the QIR RING app support?
The QIR RING app supports over 30 languages, including:
English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Greek, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Romanian, Hungarian, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Czech, Slovak, Irish, Croatian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Norwegian, and Indonesian,Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese.
How long does the QIR RING battery last on a single charge?
A full charge powers the ring for 3 to 5 days. The included wireless charging case is portable and can recharge the ring up to 15 times. Each charge takes only 30 minutes.
How do I know which ring size fits me best?
We provide standard size reference charts for different countries and regions. Although the sizes displayed in the store default to US/Canada sizing, each country may define and label sizes differently.
If you’re unsure about your ring size, you can select the “QZ” option when placing your order. We’ll send you a free ring sizing kit first. Once you receive it and confirm your correct size, we’ll proceed to ship your QIR RING accordingly.
